Golner Precision (Sussex, Wisconsin) is an established supplier of high quality machined components serving the fluid power, electronics, medical device, industrial power transmission, pump, valve, food processing, lighting and many other industries.  Working with a wide range of materials including stainless steels, a variety of ferrous and non-ferrous bar products, castings, forgings, extrusions and non-metallics, Golner offers extensive turning and machining capabilities.

Machining options include:

• CNC swiss turning up to 16 mm diameters (soon expanding to 31 mm)
• CNC turning centers (bar feed and chuckers) with live tooling, producing parts up to 250 mm in diameter and 400 mm long.
• Vertical machining centers (4th axis available) producing parts ranging from 0.1kg to 150kg with a maximum cube size of 430 mm X 800 mm X 450 mm.

Additional services include assembly, a variety of coating/plating sources, custom packaging, and complete project management.
